Bubba and Jackie met each other in 2003 and got married in 2007. They have 2 sons, Jacob and Andy, and a dog, Bruno.

 

They have an extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. With over 20 years of experience in real estate, they know more than the average homeowner or real estate professional.

 

Bubba started working in the residential construction industry while getting his college degree in Building Construction Management. After college he was a supervisor for commercial construction before making his way into high end residential construction. This is where he learned to focus on details and quality craftsmanship in every step of the building process. These qualities are what keep his current customers coming back to him whenever they need a project done.

 

Jackie earned her Business Management degree from the University of Florida in 2007. She then went on to be a retail store manager while learning everything she could about real estate. She knew that she enjoyed being a manager, but she also knew that her passion was real estate and managing her own business.

 

The two of them continued learning everything they could about the real estate industry. All of their free time was spent at seminars, reading books, and meeting other investors. They purchased their first home in 2012, spent about $40K fixing it up while they lived in it, and sold it for over $100K more than they bought it for! They knew this was it.

 

In 2017, Jackie got her Real Estate Agent license and started helping other people achieve their real estate goals. Educating buyers and sellers during the real estate transaction has been her favorite part about being a real estate agent. Being there to help someone make an educated, informed decision about their future is very rewarding.

 

While doing work on an investment property that they owned, some of the neighbors kept stopping by to see the work being done on the house. Jackie and Bubba were doing all of the work themselves and the neighbors were impressed and started asking for work to be done on their houses too. That is when Dose Family Remodeling was born. A handyman business focusing on small repairs, custom tile work, custom trim work, and home maintenance.

 

Jackie has a never-ending thirst for knowledge, and strong desire to share that knowledge with others. When she had an opportunity in 2020 to open a Title Agency, she knew it was an opportunity for her to learn even more about the real estate industry. In less than a year, Jackie became a notary, got approved to conduct online notarizations, passed her Title Agent exam and helped opened a Title Agency. Learning how the title process worked and all of the details that happen behind the scenes during a real estate transaction has helped her become a better real estate agent. With the slow down of the real estate market in 2022, Jackie and her business partners decided to close the Title Agency and she went back to being a full-time real estate agent and helping Bubba manage the handyman business.

 

Jackie and Bubba have always been there to help each other with their work and businesses. They both love helping people and solving problems, but most of all they both love educating people. Whether it be helping someone obtain a mortgage for their first house or helping someone re-design a bathroom for a house they’ve lived in for 50 years. Over the past 20+ years, they have been absorbing as much knowledge as they can about real estate, buying a home, selling a home, owning a home, fixing a home, and maintaining a home. Now they are ready to share all of that knowledge with you!
